Jealous Neighbors Sealcoating was founded in 2012 by Brent Landowski. Brent was a hardworking friend with a passion for quality workmanship that truly enjoyed helping homeowners protect and beautify their driveways with a vision of offering honest, reliable service. Brent built a trusted name in all of the communities he served while making plenty of ‘Jealous Neighbors ‘ along the way. Towards the end of 2021, Brent’s good friend Tim Larson began working alongside of him, and really got to learn the craft that Brent had seemingly mastered. Tim shared the same commitment to getting the ‘job done right’.

For the next couple of seasons Brent enjoyed his time in Florida maintaining a close connection with his customers while Tim continued delivering on building relationships and putting pride and care into every driveway here in Wisconsin.

In July of 2024, after Brent’s passing, Tim proudly took over Jealous Neighbors with the mission to continue the legacy that Brent had started.
Today, under Tim’s ownership, Jealous Neighbors Sealcoating continues to thrive, offering the same honest service, quality of work, and attention to detail that started it all. Looking ahead, Tim is committed to growing the business, serving more homeowners, and keeping Brent’s spirit alive with every driveway sealed. May September never end brother.
